Lauren is our Supportive Housing Specialist from Old Colony Elder Services. In collaboration with the Abington Housing Authority and the Rockland Housing Authority, Lauren works with residents to assist them with living independently and maintaining their tenancy. She also provides outreach and offers resources available within the community, as well as scheduling activities to keep residents socialized and engaged.
